Welcome to PicsPng. By accessing our platform, registering an account, or downloading graphics, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use of Downloads

All transparent PNG images are provided subject to their individual license types. Free downloads are for personal, non-commercial use and require proper attribution. Premium downloads are governed by our premium commercial license. You may not bundle, resell, or distribute our graphics as standalone packs on competing libraries.

2. Contributor Guidelines

If you upload transparent cutouts to PicsPng, you guarantee that you own the rights to the graphic or have obtained proper permission. Uploading copyrighted logos, artwork, or low-resolution designs with bad outlines is strictly prohibited and will result in deletion and account suspension.

3. Subscriptions and Refunds

Subscription memberships (Pro and Business) are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are governed by our refund policy and must be requested within 7 days of payment, provided no high-volume downloads have occurred.
